The mouth is really creepy, it doesn’t move the way a mouth should. The finger animation is awesome, though.
The movement is linear from shut to open and back. Think about how the chin actually moves when you pronounce different words, and have the model imitate that wag in more detail. I doubt you actually wish to move the pieces by stretching them like rubber or actual flesh; just focus on the chin movement as it’s the only mechanical movement in speech you can properly imitate within your limitations.
