So I might have a slight problem making this MOC to the letter. While I have both Breakout Surge and Rookie Surge, both of their helmets are being used on my @Marendex_T17 MOC, as seen here:

I bet at some point some of the mocs will be so out of parts, that they gradually get cheaper and cheaper
at some point someones moc will be two bricks with a mask carefully balanced on top.
