Just talk about what you usually postpone and how you cope with it.
For me i’m postponing doing my presentation and i cope by making a grandiose return to the boards and making useless topics !

No but really procrastinating is a reeeaaally bad habit to get into so like, don’t do it.
If you don’t think you can finish something in one sitting, do it in little bits.
If it’s a long-term project or whatever, make a schedule for yourself and work on it a little every day.
…ironically i’ve got a lot of homework i gotta do so i should take my own advice :'D
