There are plenty of masks, that toa would consider immoral. Is there list of them or something like that in Toa Code?

No. Since the creation of new masks is always a possibility, it doesn’t really make sense to try to keep an updated list going. A Toa should be able to know from a mask’s power whether it is something he/she should use or not.
