He’s a Toa of Ice. His name roughly translates to ‘Winter Sword’ using Tolkein’s matoran dictionary.

The greens are either the eyestalk or the glow in the dark bohrok eyes. I liked the way channeling power looks in Warframe and wanted to bring it over.
