This update was supposed to come out yesterday, but there were too many bugs. Currently it’s 99% bug-free, as far as I’m aware. If you find a bug, please report it

-“Hero mode” : adds “critters”, incrementing the difficulty (as well as boosts to help) —It can be disabled— Tweaks

Ha ha, it isn’t bad. I hadn’t played it at that point, so I was expecting some sort of jumpscaring noise.
But the Hero mode update is really fun! Keep up the good work!
Would it be possible for you to add a ‘mute sound effects’ button in the sound options? (Since I usually listen to the TTV Podcast while playin’ it, and the sound effects are kinda loud )
Also, could you make the ‘enter’ button act as the start game/play again option. Or make it possible to access the menu options with the arrow keys?

Shield sprite improvement

decreased spamming of the losing sound (a lil bit)
Hero mode switch now displays the current mode selected (Training = Old , Hero = New)
Highscore only counts the score obtained in the Hero mode
@RaptorTalon The change was made to allow implementation for possible future features, as well as make it a bit more fair, however, I may reduce the difficulty of the “Hero mode” a bit (perhaps the damage the critters make)
