Virtues and Toa?

I have some questions about virtues:

  1. In MoL Hahli (as Ga-matoran) stood for Unity, Jaller (as Ta-matoran) for Duty and Avohkii stood for Destiny. Does this mean Av-matoran’s main virtue is Destiny(much like Ko-matoran)?
  2. Toa of Lightnings are known for being in Toa teams. Does this mean Vo-matoran’s main virtue is Unity (like Ga-matoran)?
  3. Is there connection between, that Toa of Fire are mostly leaders and Ta-matoran’s main virtue is Duty? Also Lesovikk, whose one of main virtues is Duty is leader of Toa team (other being Unity). And if yes, does this mean Fa-matoran or Ba-matoran’s main (or one of mained) virtue is Duty?
