Minor bug, but every post I read (that’s not within a month of right now) is said to have been posted on the 14th of that month. E. g. July 14th, November 14th, October 14th, etc.

I’m pretty sure that’s short for 2014, but I’m not sure.

Yeah, it’s the year. You can tell because it’s written like this:

Oct '14

The apostrophe means that 2014 has been abbreviated to '14. If it was the day of the month, there would be no apostrophe.
