Heres a couple of speed champions alt builds I made a while ago, featuring my awful photography skills/setup!
The first one to be built is a sort of spaceship sportscar, made entirely from the Ferarri 488 GT3 “Scuderia Corsa” set:
Collapsed so you dont have a block of pics to scroll through right away
It can fit a minifig in it, which was one of the goals for these and why I didnt make many more.

Next up is the F-Zero inspired racer made from the Porche 919 Hybrid set:
Also collapsed to avoid a long post
the doors can open, though the cheese slopes sometimes need to be adjusted for this
And the back vanes can turn, which I enjoy setting to make it look like its taking a sharp corner by turning them and propping up one end of the model
And here they are together:
This ones collapsed so you look at the other two first, haha!
