Absolute Wonder Woman Doing a One-Armed Handstand on Her Giant Sword

Based on the angle of the giant sword, Wonder Woman isn’t at the right angle to not tip backwards off of the handle. But, it’s actually not a problem here, because Wonder Woman isn’t actually performing a handstand here - if she were, her hair wouldn’t be behind here, it’d be below her, and those various draping strips of cloth around her hips would be running into her face.

So 0/10 for saying that she’s performing a handstand when the pose and physics indicate she’s in the middle of a flip instead :triumph:

…and 11/10 for the colors, consistent lineart, correct proportions, excellent foreshortening, and visible eyes :sunglasses:

No no, he’s right, I think it’s more of a cartwheel or vault of sorts. Thanks @Ghid!

I love the slanted angle, and you convey it so well! And, for someone like me who has trouble drawing at anything except a head-on angle, this is doubly impressive. The pose is interesting and dynamic, and the tentacles look great too. Great job!

Thanks! This was an incredibly hard pose and angle for me to pull off, make no mistake. I tweaked it a bunch. I had to take the distort tool to an earlier version (and redraw some small things) because it was just off.

Came for Absolute Wonder Woman doing a one-armed handstand on her giant sword.

Got Absolute Wonder Woman doing a one-armed handstand on her giant sword.

Disturbingly accurate title, but another excellent Sabretooth piece nevertheless.

In the black and white version, the fact that the arm wraps match the sword handle stripe pattern makes it look like the sword is a part of her arm. It is very interesting.

Is it me or does the giant sword remind me of the Revenant using the big sword?
