Highly Suspect Hideout is only visible to Masters, so if you want to view that segment of the boards then you have to have the master rank. So it can be viewed as a requirement.
Also, if you want to promote or advertise anything then you need to achieve the Master rank also, so once again, its a bit of a requirement if you want to do certain things. You can exist on the boards without Master rank, but you’d be restricted in what you can do due to the nature of things.
