TLDR - I rebuilt all of my bonks and am left with a huge bin of parts, time to MOC. Let me know what you think.
Hello, me again. Recently I’ve rebuilt all of my Bionicles from when i was a kid (even got some new ones too recently). Left over, I have an entire bin of spare parts. These were acquired over the years from Kijiji listings, trades, thrift store bags, etc. i have no more parts that create any unique models and most of the parts are from incomplete sets.
Been trying to be creative and MOC with what parts i have left. Made this, its a take on the Zivon combiner. I encountered two problems building this MOC.
Problem 1. I had 2 Oonerak mandibles but only 1 Suukorak and weirdly a Keelerak mandible despite having 3 visorak heads. Had to use the Taxadox blades as a substitute. The weird mandibles make it uneven
Problem 2. Friction is BAAAADDDD. I don’t think this is because of the construction but because of the age of the pieces. For example, I can get the right arm to pose upright but the left arm flops down no matter what. Finding that with a lot of my parts and even on my complete bonks. We’re all getting older, friends.
