Just look at the pictures below and notice especially the tree-like-sign on the bottom one which is not found on the third picture from which I know it is LEGO. Also the material appears to be different, kind of like an axle with a pin with friction were just glued together.

Pretty sure these are clone brand. I don’t know about the black ones, but I have a clone brand set that uses silver pin/axles.

Yes I suspect the same! Wouldn’t be strange considering they sell for quite a lot on Bricklink.
They look fake to me.
