Hello there. This is another Snugooi fanart I made. This time I outdid myself on this. This is long overdue for a release. This is Snugooi again but this time he is in some nice black drip. He is now a Shadow Monarch like Sung Jinwoo. I based the design on the Shadow Monarch form Sung Jinwoo took. I also wrote the word “arise” in a Pokémon anime language.
