Artakha - TTV Canonization Contest #2: Meet the Maker

My Entry For The Canonization Contest For Artakha

I created this version of Artakha to represent one of the Matoran Universe’s most exalted builder. The build uses Metru Green, Flat Dark Gold, and Black. The arms are simple but the legs are strong and bulky, yet very simple in design. His hammer is simple and petite because I don’t expect him to work with a giant larger than life warhammer to make something delicate like a Kanohi

My version of Artakha has a lot of gold armor on him and dark green, similar to Iruni because the color scheme is just really pleasing on the eyes, I originally wanted to go with pearl gold and mata green but I just didn’t have enough parts. I did however own multiple Iruni so they came in clutch for the build.

His mask is actually quite simple, using a slizer head and a kanohi vahi upside down, it’s connected from the back of the head with a technic 3 axle and a technic axle and double pin connector for stability.

Side shots and back shot because necessary

The legs are simple, lots of ball joints used. The feet use metru shoulder armors.

The Arms are bulked with the inika forearm and the hands are connected with double balljoints. The hammer also connects like Makuta 2003 staff and uses avohkii as hands.

Took the armor off to see how it connects. You can also see I added a Mata Torso because one, had to make the moc taller, and two, it pays a nice homage to the creation of the Toa Mata. And there are two visorak feet on the side to add bulk.

Thank you for reading and if you vote for my moc, thank you.
