With the lack of wings, I’m imagining a bit ship launches it like a small rocket, and it propels itself with its thruster into the asteroid.
Does the Thunder Driller style drill rotate like the original?

Yeah, you spin the reardrill part on the back and the front drill spins in two directions. As for the design, I really just wanted to make a circular drill without any extraneous bits that stick out far from the drill’s circumference. That way you could see it drilling into things more effectively.

Frankly cannot remember, there’s been many of the same formula over the years, such as “diggy” but the one I specifically remembered was only down and you’d be having to balance factors such as heat, tough rocks and parasite nests etc.
