The MOC looks pretty cool, but I have a couple of problems with it. The first is that the top of the chest seems to stick out a bit too far, and the second is that the torso looks a bit thin from some angles, but from others it looks pretty good.
He looks very interesting. I like the look of him
Too many Skull Spiders.
Other than that, really cool. 
Pretty neat, but awkward looking, the torso looks like a T, and not in a good way, and it seems to lack shaping,
I got to say this looks pretty great.
Though the torso might need some work. Especially the lower part of the torso.
