But they can make up.

Axonn looks way too thin, as does Brutaka. However I do like everything else.

Well, one does not see revamps of these two often, but these guys aren’t bad. Brutaka looks weird with two masks, though.

I swear it looks really good in person, it creates a really nice flow to the chest, I’m sure it’s hard to see it as not a mask but just look at it as his armor having the same aesthetic design as the olmak.

I disagree, they have almost identical proportions to the original sets, aside from some stylization, like slimming down axonns chunky thighs a bit and bulking up brutakas upper limbs a bit.

So the torso got twice as tall and a lot thinner, the legs taller, and those are identical proportions?

Whoa…

They both look sickly with that weird torso construction. Nice lower legs on Axonn though.

Axonn looks little skinny but brakuda looms great

Ok, my tf animated influence is clearly much stronger than I thought.
I love the proportions of tf:a and rid15, and they keep seeping into my mocs whether I intend to or not.
Axonn was kind of thicc originally, and I personally prefer these proportions, not everyone does.

The transition to the thighs on both Brutaka and Axonn are pretty funky, and I feel like the proportions on both could use adjusting, the legs look pretty short, not enough or too much bulk in places, etc. Also give both of them new feet. I get the intent of having them like the actual set but they don’t fit these guys very much.

Looks really nice. They are excellent revamps. I would buy these

I made a few changes to brutaka,
not sure what I was thinking with those thighs.

Looks good, I personally like how the proportions look, but Axonn could be a tad thicker. Overall looks really nice, good job!

Dang, these two look freaking streamlined…I like it…I like it a lot. It looks so strange at first, but then your brain processes it and your like “Not bad, not bad at all.”

My only issues is the placement of certain armors pieces. For Brutaka The upper leg armor lacks some of the MOCs’ flow. For Axonn, the chest plate looks questionable for me. However, you are free to ignore to this if you feel these are not issues. Either way, the MOCs look great.

See above update post.

I tried like half a dozen different ways of attaching the nuva shoulders, now that they’ve sat a while I might be able to think of something.

Update:
I modified axonns chest

The gahlok kal shields work pretty good, they match the aesthetic fairly well, and really fix the shaping of the torso.

This is their current appearance on my shelf.
Axonn and brutaka have a lot of meaning to me personally, so I’m happy to have them back together in one way or another.
