I like the bulky looking robot mode but the (bear? Thing?) mode is kinda unorganized and hard to tell what It is or based off of. Also some clearer head on pictures would really help show off both modes. Oh; and you make a version 2 maybe try to utilize his kibble instead of having it hang off (shoulder pads, cannons, part of the torso.) the back.
