Who’s to say it’s even Spherus Magna? Could be a whole different planet that just passed through the same space.

Not even necessarily the same system. Look at it this way: planets rotate the sun in our galaxy, but galaxies also move (as evidenced by the Andromeda galaxy approaching ours). If our galaxy moves to a point in space where the Okotoan Galaxy was but not longer is (yes, I made that up) this same method could summon a human from Earth to Okoto, despite the two planets never being near each other at the same time.

Yeah, JMP, I’m not 100% sure on what you’re saying, but I’ll take that to mean that you don’t know either. If it’s a different planet instead of SM… why not just drop such a connection altogether?

what I was saying is that sometimes(I think, my solar system science is sorta wonky) there could be another planet on the same ring as another planet, so I was thinking either Spherus Magna exists alongside Okoto’s planet in the same solar system, and/or is occupying the space where it should be, suggesting Okoto is an alternate planet existing before/after sperus Magna’s formation/destruction. However, Willness brought up the point that the Okoto planet could exist in another solar system altogether that is occupying where Spherus Magna’s solar system used to be. Though there could be the chance that Okoto exists in another entire galaxy/universe that just happened to align to the same position of the Spherus Magna universe. But that’s a huge chance and what-iff
as for the connection thing, I don’t like it either, but somehow it interests me now. Anyway we just had a moment of deep thinking. Though I think this’ just another conspiracy to make sense of things, but I’m fine with g2 and g1 being seperate things, heck even being far apart in the bionicle multiverse.

I have a simpler theory as to the connection between gen1 and gen2. they are in alternate universes, parallel ones to be precise. that means that to some degree Okoto IS Mata Nui just it was named by different people (or maybe the same ones?) for different reasons. one way to look at it is to bring in to reference the old alternate universes. they were still the same places and people just did different things so a different timeline formed.

Kinda odd that the title “Episode 5: The Power of The Golden Masks” is underneath with the description of episode 5 instead of the episode 6 title and description.

Piraka.com was an official website back when the Piraka were around, chances are Lego simply changed it to redirect to Bionicle.com.
