Not by default. The “birb” attaches to 2016 Ekimu’s lower arm where there is the little assembly the holds the shield, Ekimu 2015 does not have this assembly and you could not add one on to him due to not having any armor on his lower arm.
So in the end, No he couldn’t without completely remaking part of 2015 Ekimu

Ah, so because I haven’t gotten Ekimu yet, and i’m pretty dumb /s I just figured out howe to connect the bird and shield to the arms, and I must say, since i’m going to Bricklink the bird anyway since it will probably never come to the U.S. (sorry) i’ll just order the two more Exo-Force arms. I don’t even need to order them, I’ll just add them. Who else is going to put the bird on the left arm and keep the shield on the right? In fact, you may even be able to do this with EtMM’s extra pieces.

Like I said, couldn’t care less for the Scorpio. Maybe if it attached to a set of some kind (but that would be stupid too, don’t get me wrong) I would have a wee bit more incentive to try and go after it. I live in the U.S. and I’m going to brick link that bird!

yeah… i was at that store i have mention before (which i today finely desited to check the name on, and its Kozmo(s?)… aaaaand as a store lady told me today when i visited to check if the Summer Wave had come out as that guy i asked before had told me… and he was wrong, the lady told me that the summer wave of Bionicle 2016 does not come out until August
so this bascily ruins my “journey to one” countdown, and whats worst is that the lady showed me that they would only get Ekimu, Umarak and Lava Beast, Storm Beast and Quake Beast where not even mentiond in that catalog that she looked into.
so basicly i don’t know if the Toys’r’us in Norway have resived the Summer sets yet (because there is no toys’r’us near me) and for all i know, they too might not have Storm Beast or Quake Beast ither.

Honestly, the Summer release has been so weird this year. Last year’s wasn’t like this, it’s like LEGO’s just all “meh” about getting BIONICLE sets out.

I went to my Walmart yesterday, and there were NO Bionicle sets at all. Just tons of Star Wars constraction sets. I mean, Rey and Darth Vader look VERY cool, but they aren’t Bionicle! Bionicle is just different.
I asked a employee, and she said that they don’t usually get the newer Lego stuff first. All of the bigger stores do. So I’m going to have to order my Bionicle off Lego.com. It will probably get here late next week, which will be cool, because I am going to summer camp for a week and it will be waiting for me when I get back.

So I ordered both Lava and Storm Beast on Shop@Home yesterday(Umarak still doesn’t show up) and the order status is still “In Warehouse.” Why must you torment me like this Lego?!
I really want that bird for Ekimu. It actually looks pretty dank. I wanna see how it looks on him.

Well, that’s too bad…it stinks that you won’t be able to have your countdown, and that you’ll seemingly only get three sets in your local store. But, at least the three they picked are the better ones, IMO.
It seems like there’s been a lot of misinformation in countries around the world, though, so perhaps something will change in the near future. Don’t give up hope!
Here’s a thought that I just had: is there any way you can keep in contact with the store you usually go to? Usually in the US, stores will have some sort of system where they’ll contact you when a certain product arrives. Perhaps you can set up something like that, so you’ll know exactly when the sets get there. That could cut down on a lot of anxiety…

Checked my local stores - they had the new Ninjago magazine. No advert for the Bionicle magazine. Next Ninjago episode is June 29th.
Even if the magazine is getting a later release in the UK, i thought they’d at least advertise it or something. Could it be the magazine is exclusive to Germany or something?
Still waiting for them to appear on the UK site.
I guess it’s just on the US Website (to my knowledge) for now.
