If the Makuta set is going released this year it would have leaked by now.

I mean, shoot, I’d love to work in a Lego store. I wouldn’t risk leaking stuff to lose my job.
However, unlike the leaks from 2015 where we got pictures and the employee himself showed us, this is just word from a customer getting word from an employee who has no evidence, from what I have seen, just word of mouth.
And what Makuta rumors? We haven’t heard of any, nor are there any leaks.

The rumor says it’ll be out in four months.
The rumor is that a final set for bionicle will be released in the fall that will have Makuta and the MoUP

The truth is the seemingly true statement I recieved from an employee at the store.
Precisely, just a rumor, all we have for confirmation is some people’s word.

Here’s the thing, I am not claiming anything. I’m just saying we simply have nothing to go off of.
The same could be asked for fake leaks. Should people enjoy making them? Absolutely not. But some still do for some reason. Now, if you are telling us what you heard, the credibility is still odd. A normal employee wouldn’t know things like this.
And, as others have said, it’s very likely we would have gotten some kind of leak by now. Maybe not even pictures, maybe just names, but we still haven’t seen anything.

I get that you trust the employees since you’ve known them for a while, but there is literally no way the could know about either the end of G2 or the makuta set, one will take us nearly a uear to find out if it’s true, and we still have 4 months or so before leak season

I do not claim this is the definitive truth, this is only the statement from a trusted store manager. She has never given me false information before and I trust her enough to belive she wouldn’t lie to me.
What were the claims she’s given before?

Take this with some salt as this is pretty early for something as major as this. Leak season will be the final information but this is only what I have heard from the store manager.
But why would you post a rumor like this if it’s not even credible for most?

Ok, correction, just realized what she gave me. Honestly I shouldn’t have said her in particular as it was the old store manager who have it to me during G1. She told me about cancelation of G1 before the rumors and leaks started appearing. Do note: I was not involved with the online community at the time.
