that’s a commercial modern lego cgi is pretty nasty in my opinion
Just to forewarn some stuffs, this could just be a compilation of the animations. We’ve seen it before with the “LEGO City” Police thing on Netflix. I hope to Mata Nui that it is its own entity, but keep your expectations low.

both animation and CGI have its good points and bad points.
We just have to look at past animations and CGI works to see them.
It does not matter which one of the two is used, because even with poor animation or CGI, the show can still be great, just look at some of those old shows like i said, and even when the animation or CGI is bad, the story can be more important and allow us to overlook them (remember that in our current day, the animation and CGI have not been that bad, unlike say, Transformers G1 cartoon or the like)

they have good parts and good builds
they are not feathers.
Those are gray areas of the masks, like the energy robbed golden mask that was in the skull villain sets, exept in gray instead of an elemental based color.
