Yeah see, that’s breaking the law even more than regular leaks. Plus I don’t know where they keep the catalog.
I’d much rather bribe an employee. JUST KIDDING, SERIOUSLY

Now that you mention it… I actually do have a friend that works at a Romanian lego shop… I could ask him, but he’d risk his job so I think not.
Yeah, without information their is literally nothing to support them doing any of this. Plus the additional idea of 4chan being anonymous, it may not even be the same person - so meh ><
The most effective way of leaking things for future sets would just to be photocopy the catalogue, take a page home, trace/draw the sets based off the catalogue, then upload the drawings. Given it wouldn’t require uploading images of a catalogue that may risk your losing your job.
I expect the Protectors may get a mention of doing small tasks such as if a village is under attack we might see the Protectors team together to defend it or something.
@Scarilian Actually, on the topic of content related to the Protectors, I think RotSS will heavily feature the Protectors, and go into a lot more detail on landmarks and life in Okoto as a whole considering it seems to be a prologue intermediary book. The way I see it, they don’t release a book until a good chunk of the story told in the book is out, and since that book is released before we even start getting the animations for next year, it’s safe to assume that its probably its own thing. If that’s the case then it literally has no content restrictions besides tying into next years story at the end. It will essentially be the Okoto world-building adventure book that sets up for the massive conflict next year could bring.
In fact, the whole title of RotSS seems to indicate we’ll get a whole bunch more lore on LoSS and potentially dive down into his origins. If what the book says is true Makuta is LoSS or is using it as a means to do evil things and we might find out what those motives and reasons actually are (although I already suspect that LoSS has been a proxy for Makuta this whole time and he just uses it so that he can find the legendary masks at a faster pace because if you had the choice, would you command an entire army to look for something that might be far away or would you would do it yourself?). We might even get an Umarak backstory and other things that will set up the story involving the wildlife and the whereabouts of the other two legendary masks for next year.
If that is indeed what this book will be, I can imagine that LEGO will put out an animation similar to “The Legend” that summarizes the important things in the book so that people who don’t read the book aren’t missing the important story details.
Claws for Pohatu again sounds good, as long as they do it creativly. But I do think he should also get some kind of foot addons aswell. And I hate chainsaws.
Onua should get a drill or something.
Tahu should get new swords.
Kopaka should get a new shield and a sword instead of a spear/lance.
Gali should get some sort of hooks or something like the Aqua Axes.
For Lewa, I’m not sure, I would like a couple of spears, but not sure. I want him to have wings.
@WOLKsite I hate the idea of changing their weapons. Onua should get a new hammar, Tahu should get new fire swords, Kopaka should get a new shield and lance, Gali should get a new giant battle ax, Lewa should get new one handed dual axs.
There comes a point in time when a character should always have a signature weapon type, because its a part of them. We don’t need two heroes with the same weapon. That takes away variety if everyone has the same attack style.
Can Lewa get permanent wings instead of “X-Gliders”?
You sir have made a lot of phycopaths your enemy.
Well I hope the weapons are just a sort of evolution of the current. Ex. Hammer → pix axe. Both are digging tools so it makes sense. The same weapon a year in a row is a little boring.
lewa could work with javelins
i think water axes sounds good
Claws YASSSSSSSSS
sword for kopaka to op pls nerf
also i hate chainsaws to
I feel like I’m surrounded by people who have an obsession with 2001.
What would Thor be without a hammer? What would Tony Stark be without a suit? What would Captain America be without a shield? What would Hawkeye be without a bow?
Signature weapons are important, and while I think they should release new molds each year for the Toa weapons, I also think they should stick to making sure they don’t change their weapon specialties. Also, why do so many people want Kopaka to have a sword? We’d have two (technically three) sword users then, and that’s just dumb. We need variety, and Kopaka just works better with a lance and shield.
@WOLKsite I don’t want Lewa to have wings. The X-gliders were fine. I’d rather him just fly using a mask power.
Seriously, does nobody see the word “Wings” and think “Wings are so cool, No one likes Tony Stark.”
Yeah, maybe they should keep their weapons, but seriously, “X-Gliders”? Wings, way more cool!
If Kopaka keeps his lance, he keeps the “Hunter” feel, and that might be good for the theme of the year.
a smaller shield for kopaka alright? it is way to bulky
also because kopaka is meant to be a skinny sleek toa of the team.
that’s why. give kopaka less bulky sword parts they are to big right now
give gali water axes her trident is to big.
i want lewa to get a spear i see it working more than the others
@VictorianPanda Incorrect. Kopaka is meant to be a bulky paladin like character, and its common for people like that in real life to have big body shields that they defend themselves with, and coincidentally, they then use a javelin or a spear to stab the enemy in front. A sword would be completely impractical for his type of character.
Lewa is a dual ax wielder and it better stay that way dang it. It makes him unique, and not enough people use one handed dual ax’s in media or games. <.<
Gali’s new signature weapon shouldn’t change either. I find it awesome that the female gets the largest and most destructive weapon on the team.
This is G2 tho…
But, the think that makes we want Lewa with spears is his box art, imagine him jumping like that with spears, It would look so cool! But, Tarvaxx is probably right, he should keep to axes.
i see him more as the hopilite right now.
@WOLKsite lewa is the most tribal jumping down on enemys with a spear would be fitting
You and me both pal. *reassuring pat on the back.
Good point. However those weapons are from those characters qualities ( The suit shows Tony’s intellegence, Hawkeye has a bow because he’s a sharpshooter, Caps shield relflects his desire to defend and not fight)
@Dr_Chronos It’s the same for the Toa though, isn’t it? Lewa is reckless, so he has dual axes that require going on the offensive and being rash and open. Onua is a wise brute who has a weapon that represents his strength, Kopaka is a paladin who uses defense as his offense by deflecting blows and using that time to jab the target with his lance, that represents his abrasive and closed up personality. etc.
i’d say kopaka is more like a hopilite
Give me a reason for the Stormerangs…
Oh yes, the big, bulky, heavily armored knightly build of Kopaka so clearly represents such a scrawny, lightly clad soldier.
@WOLKsite I have nothing on the stormerangs. Those are pretty much just there. I don’t care if those are changed, it seems like they were just scratching their heads and gave Pohatu something random. XD
