I barely know anything of how the stores are located in states but I would assume TrU’s aren’t exactly everywhere and the Walmarts that were shutdown were mostly on poor rural areas, there was quite a fuzz about it.
Not at all. How well BIONICLE (or any product, for that matter) sells in a certain area isn’t solely determined by its affordability. The sets cost the same in poor areas as they do in rich ones. How well a product sells is determined mostly by, well, how many people buy it, and people buy things for various reasons, not just affordability. You could move BIONICLE to a “richer” area exclusively, and it might not sell at all, simply because that area doesn’t express any interest in it. Conversely, a “poorer” area might purchase a greater number of sets, not because they have more money, but because they have more people that are interested in the product and willing to buy it.
I’m not trying to say LEGO only wants “rich people” or “poor people” to buy BIONICLE sets, and I know that TRU has a bit of a reputation for being more difficult to find than other stores. But if TRU is doing amazing at selling BIONICLE sets, and Targets/Walmarts/etc. are not, why would LEGO continue to stock those stores with BIONICLE sets, knowing that they won’t sell simply because people that go there don’t want them? It’s not about how much money the consumer has, 'cause they’ll spend the same amount on Terak or Tahu anywhere they go–it’s about which stores are selling a certain product the most, and which are not, and in that case, financial demographics aren’t the only factor.
As to your second point, I believe TRUs are more difficult to find outside of the US and its surrounding territories, but keep in mind that the exclusivity of BIONICLE to TRU seems to be a US thing for now. Europe and other countries seems to have a greater range of interest when it comes to BIONICLE, so I doubt it will become exclusive there.

Btw, today I went to a Gamestop to buy a game and I saw a kid buying Tahu and Umarak… Firstly, I wondered why Bionicle sets were being sold in a gamestop, but then I was just happy that kid bought 'em. Blacksix already confirmed that when he asked about Bionicle ending in 2016 the BIONICLE team said they couldn’t talk about it as it relates the the future.

Something about that really bugs me. We all know that story themes last three years, so if it were going to last another year like planned then they shouldn’t have any problem saying so, since that’s already public info that can be derived from LEGO’s own business practices. If they’re unwilling to divulge whether it’ll continue on after THIS year, that seems a little sketchy.
I’d like that, too before getting ahead of myself.
He did a live stream where he built Pohatu, Kopaka, and ketar(I think) I looked and I can’t find it. But I asked him if he asked the Bionicle if it would continue past 2016 and he said they couldn’t answer it. I’m sorry but you’ll just have to take my word for it (I understand that’s hard to do on the internet) unless you can find the live stream. Sorry.

Because at last post it felt like you were quoting him saying what he had heard from the designers say.
If that’s the case a response like that can’t be really speculated on.
I don’t remember exactly but I’ll try to explain it as best I can. Basically, Blacksix asked the designers if Bionicle would be ending in 2016, according to him they said that they could not answer the question because it related to the future of the Bionicle line.
IF there will even be a 2018

Heads up everyone - We will be reopening this topic after July 29th, once JtO Season 2 airs. That way everyone will have a better foothold on where we go from there.
With the advent of a physical version of the MoUP, as a show of good faith, I will reopen this topic. Speculate 2017, not whether or not it will happen.

Personaly i think that 2017 might have Okoto being under Makuta’s control, and the Toa and Ekimu being forced to hide from him, while preparing for the final battle.
Makuta’s line in the Makuta contest video does hint that the Toa have not yet adchived their true powers yet.
Looking at these sets, while the two trans orange Makuta’s are confirmed to be designed for the show I think the final Makuta will probably take alot from the purple makuta, most likely the colour scheme and stickers/printing- except the torso because thats just Onua 2015s stickers with the MoUP symbol slapped on. The MoUP does take ideas from the MoC concept work like someone said before.
I think it will be possible for the Toa to defeat Makuta, but he will escape to the Shadow Realm, this time in his physical form.
Somehow, he will use the Toas’ (crystal weapons) to create evil variations of the Toa, hence why they revealed the Black 2015 Tahu Mask.
I have the feeling the next two waves will be something like this:

3 - Shade Warriors (Shadow Toa)
1 - Makuta the Mask Maker (Toa-Sized Makuta w/Protector Makuta)
