Here is my entry to the contest:
This is my Artakha MOC! I am excited to be showcasing this figure for a canonization contest! This is the biggest and most challenging MOC I’ve put together.

I had a great time constructing this MOC, and I hope that everyone finds things that they like about it!

When we get to the polls and all the artakha’s get split into different groups, are they going to be randomized or are they being divided by chronological order of when the entries were uploaded?
Regarding Painting 3D Printed Masks, do they have to be all one shade or, since they’re placeholders, can we paint them multiple (at least 2) colors?

Built the MOC, took the photos, and described the design, now it’s ready to compete!
Here it is.

It’s interesting. There isn’t as much of a flood of Artakha builds as Helryxes.

It’s probably harder for people to both build a titan and have the majority of the MOC be one shade, assuming they have enough of one shade of green to work with.
Artakha is generally going to be a larger build. Also, it was known that Helryx was going to be the first contest for a while before it began, while there was a poll for the second one.

Easier in general to make a Toa Design, especially one described as extremely frail and having no armor. Alot fewer restrictions Helryx as well (for better or for worse ._.).
I’d say we’ll probs see somewhere in the 40-60 range for entries this time round.

I had a ton of fun building this guy (a couple months ago at this point). My brother told me about this contest and I thought it would be cool to try my hand at it. I chose a few initial characters to build. When I found out which artakha was, I immediately knew I had to build him, so I started researching and I think I did a pretty good job of capturing his character. I doubt I’ll make it far, but you never know!

Not true. He created it. Surely he held it upon creating it.

I’m throwing in my Artahka build into the run, I hope people like it.
At the recommendation of a few redditors and Instagram followers, I am here with my entry to the contest. The design for Artahka was started with the mask, and branched outward. I know gold isn’t canon, but I thought it looked regal. His hammer was designed to be lackluster, something he would have grabbed out of need. His build is influenced by many of the titans who are in the OOMN, thighs and arms from Axonn, shins and feet (somewhat) from Brutaka, and spine from Umbra. He isn’t the biggest and most intricate, but like most characters behind the scenes, who is? Thank you to everyone for the kind words and support getting me to enter.
