BIONICLE: Externus story and character descriptions

For a while, I’ve wanted to create a toa team consisting of Toa of the secondary elements. Because of this, I have started working on a project/series I call BIONICLE: Externus that serves as both my own project and a continuation of G1’s story.

The premise is simple, being that after being framed for the murder of Karzahni by Velika, Toa Lesovikk has gone into hiding. Eventually, he gets the idea to create a new team of Toa to stop Velika, choosing Matoran of the secondary elements in honor of his fallen teammates. I’ve been writing the first entry, titled Rise of the Toa Externus since late April, and I plan to release it to the boards.

Something to also note is that because I’m such a big rocker, the Toa themselves are all loosely based on EVS and 3DG members. I’ve started working on them both in Stud.io and real life, though I am struggling with installing mods and the computer I use for it has a tough time loading things.

These are the toa:

Amilli - Toa of Lightning
Friendly, affable and compassionate Toa of Lightning. Inventor and musician from Mahri Nui. Leader of the Toa Externus. Wears the Kanohi Liih, the great Mask of Song, allowing her to produce soundwaves loud enough to break the hold of a Shelek.

Walst - Toa of Plasma
Cold, calculating and logical Toa of Plasma. Steltian runaway and merchant. Deputy of the Toa Externus. Wears the Kanohi Krakuru, the great Mask of Darkness, allowing him to teleport through shadows. (also considering Komau)

Coltix - Toa of Magnetism
Toa of Magnetism. Former Assistant to Teridax’s Toa Hagah who ran away after discovering the brotherhood had been murdering Fe- and Fa-Toa. Wears the Kanohi Kopaka, The great Mask of Ice.

Gontier - Toa of The Green
Wise, sarcastic and humble Toa of Plantlife. Wears Kanohi Kadin, mask of flight.

Anzai - Toa of Psionics
Witty, impulsive and curious Toa of Psionics. Order of Mata Nui interrogator and spy. Wears the Kanohi Kakama, the great mask of Speed.

Vharix - Toa of Sonics
Former Voya Nui inhabitant. Wears Kanohi Shelek, the great mask of Silence.

Build them all. It’ll hit much harder. No matter how long and how expensive it may get.
