Is Triglax on the table? I can’t remember if he has a “base” form or if he’s just always mimicking someone else?
I also think a Mavrah contest would be absolutely hilarious. There are already so many complaints about the uniformity of the Hagah contest, I cant imagine how bad it’ll be when the only variable is like, the color of his feet or what direction the Metrutoran arms are facing.

I would love to see a contest for Naho’s appearance and the rest of the Toa Mangai team. We’ll already have Tuyet’s and Nidhiki’s, so we could have the whole team.
Moreover I loved the “old school” and “LEGO TECHNIC” aspect of the 2001 wave in the final appearance of Helryx, we could have the same with the 2004 wave for these Toa.

Helryx’s appearance “works” because the context stated she was the oldest toa and would look like a 2001 set. Your last statement could easily be misinterpreted as “metru clone only” which is very bankrupt in creativity. You can’t grab people from random countries and expect them to look the same so why should that apply here?

However, we aren’t dealing with beings created largely by random chance. We’re dealing with mass produced nano machines, they have a standard template. Variations can exist with enough time due to wear, augmentation, or purposeful changes.
Take Takua as an example, the first Matoran, who looks like all other standard Matoran. Most deviations from the standard Matoran design, which is the Metru Nui Matoran, are given various reasons. Diminished, rebuilt, disfigured, mutated, empowered, etc.

Never said that they were supposed to be clones and look the same, I was just talking about the “2004” vibe. I don’t think that my post can be misintepreted as “metru clone only”.

IMHO it might be better not to do Jerbraz, because the mystery of his appearance is a big part of his character (at least, as the other characters perceive him).
