Bionicle Lightsaber

Haven’t come up with a MOC to wield it yet, but people on Instagram seemed to like the design, so here ya have it! Meant to be a bone hilt btw- maybe a skeleton MOC?

Not much else to say. :stuck_out_tongue:

Pretty cool, can you build different variations?

Reminds of the Djinn Blade from Ninjago, so that’s pretty swhay.

But I got to ask, what makes this a ‘Bionicle’ lightsaber?

Looks really cool.

Have you tried to connect some trasnlucent darkgreen cone pieces with the two holes on the side so that it looks like the blade is connected with them. I can imagine that it could look cool. (I hope it is clear what I mean xD)

I sense a Bionicle SW crossover.

Look at the hilt. To advanced for something put in a star wars set, at least for me. It also mostly relies on older pieces.

It’s a really good design while not being to complicated; that’s hard to do.
Nice usage of parts! :+1:

Nah, looks pretty doable for official designers to make today; other than the old length-two axle adapter used at the bottom, the pieces and recolours are pretty recent

@ReeseEH @diminisher_8980 @Rockho thanks guys!

@Sealman133 @BBricks both possibilities :grin:

@ThatOneMOCist Bionicle was mostly a buzzword to get people to visit, but also it’s to specify it’s made of constraction :joy:

@MakutaKirakh Never thought of that! though the part isn’t made in the same color green, that’d bother me :sweat_smile:
