It’s kinda hard to see whats going on.

Very messy. I don’t quite get the legs.
Wayyyy too much going on to be able to tell what’s happening. I get that the idea is an experiment gone wrong, but that doesn’t really excuse design choices. I can’t say I really like it, although I will give credit to the head being the first time I’ve seen those two designs used together.
Most of the messiness isn’t actually there. That is just my bad photography. I’ll try to take some better pictures later.
It’s not that, I know this particular style. I doubt photography will fix it, but I’ll withhold any further comments until then. 
He doesn’t look especially like a modron, but he’s pretty neat.
