I was a little bored, so I just launched Stud.io and made a Kal version of the Bohrok Va.
All the pieces exist in the colors I’ve used.

I love the regular Bohrok Va, and these are excellent Kal versions! I think a little more variety with Kohrok, Gahlok, and Nuhvok Va-Kal’s weapons would’ve been nice, but otherwise these looks good enough that I may just have to build a few for real… great job!

I wanted to stick to the first years of Bionicle with the parts used.
Here is their latest iteration. Now they all have different weapons compared to their Va forms.

I decided to do my own version of the Bohrok Kal-Va, with some different weapons, all era-appropriate parts.
-Tahnok gets an ornate spear. Ideally, I wanted all of them to have silver weapons, but this part only exists in light- and dark grey, so he gets light gray.
-Gahlok gets a buzzsaw hand, inspired by Gali Nuva’s hand propellers, in the same way that Gahlok Va had a Gali hook.
-Nuhvok has a pair of mini chainsaws, resembling Onua Nuva’s chainsaw skates. As with Tahnok Kal-Va’s spear, the best I could do for these was light gray.
-Kohrok has one climbing claw, same part as the bohrok teeth classic Kohrok Va was armed with, but in his other hand he holds a chain with a climbing piton. which he can use as a whip.
-Pahrak has a pair of large pincers, in reference to Pohatu Nuva’s kodan ball pincers.
-And Lehvak has a kaukau staff, as a referance to Matau.
They all wear the same color Krana as their respective Bohrok Kal.
