Bricklink password reset help

I have a problem with bricklink. I’m trying to contact them since their website says i need to reset my password but the reset email link expires in less than 20 seconds before i can open it. I cant find a way to contact them

This happened since Stud.io has a BIG habit of not loading all the bricks in a set and i am unable to ask on bricklinks forum without getting the password reset to login.

What do i do ?

Bricklink has not replied and they havent fixed the problem on their end

I’ve tried again and no email replies and the password refresh link still expires in seconds instead of hours.
