Rerekei was the Makuta assigned to an island just south of Keetongu’s island, in the knee of the universe. She was a scientist first, second, and last. She wore a great mask of intangibility, seeing as it allowed for her to keep her experiments secret by making no entrance to the interior of her lab.
She would build Matoran every once in a while, just for the sake of knowing how it was done, and had a few Rahkshi for the same purpose. Her curiosity was her greatest asset, but she knew when the risks were too high. She’d’ve sided with Miserix during the whole shindig with Teridax taking lead, but she knew she would have died in the process.
Eventually, Word of the horrors the other Makuta had done reached her island, chinese whispers and exaggerated rumours for the most part, but the Matoran began to fear her. The next day, the most radical of the lot led a charge to kill her before she could harm them. She didn’t put up a fight when the mob came to her sanctuary in the middle of the island, some say that she would have won, if she did, but she didn’t. She instead ordered her Rahkshi to stand by and watch while she was torn limb from limb by some of her own creations.
Rumor has it that one of Rerekei’s Matoran has worn her Kanoh mask to this day, whether to mark their victory over her, or in spite of the mob, is both unknown and debated.
There are some design decisions that I don’t like, the torso, the upper legs, the blades on the shoulders, the color placement, the head-thing, is that supposed to be hair?
I fear I have to agree with most of what @Payinku said.
Doesn’t look like a Makuta, I personaly don’t really like the torso and the head looks strange.
What I like though, is that she has four arms and the skull spider claws. Especially the four arms are a nice touch compared to all the other Makuta MOCs.
If I may make some suggestions: Use some normal mask instead of a custom head and simply say that it is a mask of Intagibility (you’re definitely allowed to do that for this project) and do a complete overhaul of the torso. Perhaps try to build something around a Uniter torso?
Backstory wise … I feel it is strange that she simply let herself be killed, but I can probably fit this into something plausible in her “Book of the Brotherhood” entry.
What I can’t accept, though, is that she created Matoran. Yes, Makuta are in theory able to do that, but it is canon that they didn’t do it.

Overall, I fear I can’t accept this MOC how it is now for the project. It simply lacks the Makuta look. But you definitely have time to overhaul Rerekei until the project is out of unassigned Makuta.

Don’t have a Uniter torso or any real masks that work.
I could try redoing the torso, but it might take a few months.
I could easily, however, change around the story stuff to fit your preferences.
E: Found an old torso that I think Kinda sorta works, it’s not greebled or anything, but opinions?
I’ll fix the backstory and edit it into the post, but I don’t have a mask that would fit the colour scheme, so I’m keeping the head as it is for the time being.
