Building Boxor

I got the boxor from amazon recently. It was slightly cheaper than bricklink, and I wanted to see how amazon was for bionicles.

I just got done with cleaning off the pieces. I must say, how does one get dirt in a bionicle piece.

Three arms?

Here’s Nuparu. He’s slightly smaller than Kopeke

Nuparu can also throw disks like the MCtoran.

Presenting: Boxor and Nuparu

Whoops, wrong matoran

The top can be pushed down to extend the arms.

Here’s one thing that sucks though…

The piece I needed was the blue one, but I got these shorter pieces instead. They work, but aren’t the correct pieces. (For some reason the picture’s glitched, but I promise it’s true).

I gotta say, demonstrating the function by pulling of the Bohrok head was pretty neat. Nice to see a comparison between Nuparu Matoran and Nuparu Inika.

I didn’t even know the Boxor could grab a Bohrok head like that.

The Boxor is truly an interesting set. Wish I had the money to buy it.

I remember having to build mine up when I ordered it in 2014.

Why do I never see these anymore

They used to be steering arms in small technic vehicles (that’s what the bumps are for).

Now all of the small vehicles are pull-back so steering isn’t necessary.

Boxor is the best looking pile of scrapped parts I have ever seen.
