I wanted to buy two sets,

I tried bricklink, but that page is so weird I don’t know how it works, could anyone that lives in europe tell me where I could buy them for a cheaper price?

Just so you know in advance, you will give more money to get sets from another country than you would in your own because of shipping which sometimes costs more than the thing you are paying for. My advice is to see if you can find sets available from countries near you, and then the price.

If you can’t find them in a shop near you I found a store in Austria that sells both of them for a price just slightly lower than retail price. It’s called “toys4kids” (what a dumb name). BrickLink - Buy and sell LEGO Parts, Sets and Minifigures
I recommend searching a country as close to you as possible, and then look at the price.
If you buy from Russia (I tried), you’re going to pay an extra shipping tax after you buy the sets.
I cannot imagine shipping costs more than 17.59 euros 
The set is 1300 RUB, the packaging for it can go for 500 RUB to 1000 RUB, now add in the paypal fee, and also additional costs…so yeah, IT CAN HAPPEN.
Bricklink is to buy in bulk at once, not separately, otherwise you gonna loose money.

lego.com is pretty good for that, if you buy things which are worth more than 55€ you get free shipping, which is useful, it’s my birthday and I got 60€, but I want to expend on something else besides bionicle

I found a guy who wants to sell me MM vs SG for 20€ and K&M for 15 or so, so yeah
