It is one of the voodoo heads proto figures.
I will make a body for it based on @Rockho, s image.

Why model it? It’s a slizer head with two modified slizer visors on top of a hand socket assembly. The only thing needing modeling is the cut-up visors.
OH. lol! did not realize!!!
well in that case I need those modded visors…
can anyone help me model them?
