Here is Captain Ravall, head of a special police force unit for an evil emperor. He decides to take down the oppressive regime because someone ruined his apple pie. 
He’s also known as tiny head because I really wanted to use the great mask given by a friend.
This moc has quite weak cankles unfortunately because they only have one connection point each and he is a chunky dude. His gun, sword/claw, and wing pack can become a drone for spying stuff.
