True, though every other figure in that set was also exclusive except Vega
Logically, either Rigel or Arcturus from the same set should be the most expensive - they have different skin tones from the other Martians and thus their easily lost/broken arms are far scarcer and harder to replace. Riegel even has a special printed 1x1 chest piece and Arcturus’ arms are in a discontinued colour, that pale Belville green

Man, reminds me of when I was a kid and saw Santa at the mall then proceeded to ask him for all the Life on Mars sets. So as not to bankrupt the North Pole by setting a precedence, I did not, in fact, get any Life on Mars sets. But I still got some Lego, so I was content.
