It’s totally possible in fact simply throwing a solo-ball joint on a half pin can do it quite easily. I’m just making note of why Mr. Red Pins may be saying:

Ah, I see.
In my opinion, every single piece ever molded can be used. (Yes, even the av matoran pieces) So I often try to find the flexibility of pieces.
