By gliding. Or, possibly, the bats may not fly using their wings, as they are clearly capable of making technologies as up to date as anything we’ve made: Bat’O’Clock, Hour 5: Hazbat NB 2.1.3 “Slasher”, for instance.

I’ve tried to make all of them buildable. I think Cotton Candy would need custom fabric wings, but otherwise she could be built. It’s why I made her head silver instead of grey.
