Teridax’s plan in Legends of Metru Nui was to use the mask on a massive scale: to artificially speed up time in the Matoran Spheres so that they would forget their memories and embrace him as their leader. As shown in the only two times it was used, the Kanohi Vahi is incredibly difficult to use. My question is whether Teridax actually had the mental strength to actually use the mask to that end, and if he could not, is there any being who could have?

I believe he could have used it, yes. His willpower was formidable.
