I need to go and buy a Reach style Operator Spartan, do this, and turn it into a proper leader of some Spartan Renegades.
What paints did you use? Anything special to get that dusty and scratched look it has?

what is a full black wash
It’s basically extremely runny paint where a lot of thinner is applied (the idea is you “wash” paint over the figure). I’ve never done it myself, so I’d look into tutorials before attempting it.
