To be completely honest, they aren’t actually that hard to use, they are perfectly serviceable as generic human heads, which can be used to make characters like Cyborgs, troopers, Cyberpunk characters, etc.
If you look around on Flikr, you’ll find several MOCs similar to this one that used Star Wars human heads.
Yeah, the rubber band visor is the best part of this.
