Dagon, The Great Leviathan

This has been a side project of mine for about a year now and he is finally at a point that I can happily call done.

The name ‘Dagon’ comes from the fish god of the same name and was given to my very first rendition of the character back in 2017.

I was always very proud of this MOC and made several other versions between then and now, but I feel like I have now taken the concept to it’s limit and truly accomplished my original vision.

I hope you all enjoy the finished product.

As always a huge thanks to Buttloaf for editing these photos for me and doing this build justice

Yep, I gotta say this is pretty unbelievable. Barely even looks LEGO. One of my favorites of yours ever.

This is AMAZING.

That’s it. That’s all that needs to be said.

You never fail to impress, Jayfa. It’s a huge improvement of the 2017 version–nice job!

Question: On average, how long do you keep your mocs around for?

Depends on the MOC. Most things I make only stick around for a photoshoot, but if i feel a strong connection to it or I ordered parts specifically for the MOC it will stay around for longer
