This was my first thought as well. Even without a beak, the eyes, wings, and general aesthetic immediately reminded me of the flying creature from 9.

Looks good, but I would kinda removed the extra eyes so somebody isn’t upset about.
They look like a scope for an Akaku, which I suppose may be Veneer’s mask?
Excellent build overall, especially the wings and posing. It’s got a lot of character without being overly complex. I think my favorite part is the ribcage!

He looks good! I really like the spindly, skeletal nature of the moc and the cloth parts are used pretty well. Cool head build, overall neat job
