A little tribute for this year’s annual gathering of friends. Happy Bionicle Day! 
Been working on this fella for a while, along with a whole ensemble for the Dark Mirror story, but I’m… not as motivated to build this time around.
The only Toa Mata to rebel against Tuyet in the Dark Mirror universe led his own resistance in hiding. It’s only right I design the great chief to look worn down yet still regal and intimidating.
He was known to wield only a Protosteel Axe, and I decided to stylize it a bit with a dash of ‘mechanical’ on top of all that ‘bio’, and ‘bio’ all over that ‘mechanical’.
"Tuyet’s had her own way for too long. It’s time to take her down."
Mandatory heavily edited render for the heavily greebly model, as per my reputation for making gritty stuff a la Zack Snyder/Michael Bay except it’s Bionicle.

He looks so good. Funny that we are both working on our own interpretation of the Dark Mirror characters. Looking foreword to seeing more.
