He’s alright, with his nicely built legs and okay upper arms , but the forearms and lower torso need some work, as they’re a bit gappy.

That is a very interesting choice of parts used for the lower arms. Nice color scheme.

Looks a bit cluttered, but it is a classic Bionicle system-based MoC, so that’s gonna happen. The lower arms look pretty lackluster, might want to use some more conventional techniques, like a Vahki leg.
