Krahka is a shapeshifter, so the number of arms she canonically has will change depending on the form she takes.
In the instance mentioned above, she adopted a hybrid form of all six Toa Metru, a towering figure with six arms.
Krahka has also had two arms (when she imitated any of the Toa Metru individually), and at times, no arms at all (when she imitated a lava eel).
