I know Lesovikk and Nikila are two of the Toa Cordak, but were there any other names that the LEGO group thought of that weren’t revealed in the story?

If their names didn’t show up in the story, then Greg probably didn’t have any for them. I think the only character whose name was known but never revealed was the Shadowed One’s true name. Besides him, characters were only named when they needed to be and if Greg had a name from his approved list.
