A lot of things everything I wait for something of a sale/deal…I’m cheap like that…
I usually just buy stuff when it comes out. I bought lewa on new years eve.
Hydraxon…I regret it to this day…
Sometimes it ends up bad, but most of the time I try to buy it early as I can so I can brag about it.
Yeah, I’ve done that numerous times with system lines like Ninjago and Chima. I either never find it on sale, or by the time I do it’s irrelevant in story.
For some reason, no LEGO sets are ever on sale where I am. So I always pay full price.
Witch Doctor - some day I will have to get him and chances are it’ll cost me a lot ><
So, I have recently (sort of) bought two OG constraction Gorzan sets, a Tunneler Beast and a Queen Beast at full price as I could not let those opportunities slip by me. This policy tends to differ for digital products, namely Steam games, as after purchasing Legendary Edition Skyrim for the full $50 US about a week before a Summer sale I now only purchase games that are on sale…
Every year, during the Steam sale, I always wait to see if the price of games I want will go lower, since that happens sometimes.
It never does, and I end up missing the half-price deal waiting for a 60% off deal.
Steam refiunds exist now
You could have just played it a little, said you didn’t like it, get the money, then spend it on the sale and Skyrim
This was last year, before those existed…
;-;
Well, RIP.
I regret waiting for any Transformers to come down on price dang it.
Those things are expensive as heck here.
I waited two years for this SINGLE Rotor to go on sale at a local Toys R’ Us, then [insert name of kid here] took it away from my grasp!
I know, Rotor is quite a nice parts pack.
I wanted to buy him, but I waited too long, so I ended up getting a bootleg version of him, which was actually not that bad.
Bootleg? BOOTLEG? BOOTLEG?! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO THE FANBASE!? /s
That bootleg was the last chance i got at buying him.
Besides, it’s Hero Star Soldier, one of the better bootlegs i’ve heard.
It doesn’t look that bad… Hmmm… Now having the feeling to buy Ditt-Rotor, This is all because of that gosh, darn [insert name of kid here])]
I once waited for Toa Mata Nui to go on sale…
…it didn’t.
Good story, I know.
I waited for a month or two for Convoy to go on sale on Steam.
I regret not buying it earlier because it is well worth the fifteen dollars.
